Information for Presenters
Oral presentations
- Regular presentations should aim for 12 minutes plus 2-3 minutes for Q&A from the audience. Similarly keynotes should aim for 20 minutes plus 4-5 minutes for Q&A.
- Presentation aspect ratio is 16:9; presentations prepared for 4:3 will be pillarboxed to fit.
- Authors should have their talk slides available 10-15 minutes before the session starts so that they can be uploaded on the presentation computer - Please note that own devices are not supported by the venue.
- It is recommended that you avoid excessive animation or effects.
- It is strongly recommended that you have a PDF backup of your presentation.
- Conference volunteers will be available to assist so please bring up any issues with them!
Posters
- Posters for MEMRISYS 2025 should be prepared in A0 (preferred) or A1 size and in portrait orientation. We cannot accommodate landscape posters.
- Presenters should mount their posters on the board marked with their paper ID (MEM25-XYZ) on the day of the session.
- Presenters can start hanging their posters during the first morning break and should take them down by 5.30pm.
- Stationery will be available for all poster sessions.
- If you wish to print your poster locally, Copy Print is located close to the conference venue and offers a same day service.
